• Q: Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

Shipping costs:

USA $6  -  Canada $16  -  International  $18  -  Australia $20

Europe & UK 
If you choose to have your order shipped to the Europe or UK you may be charged VAT taxes. I am not responsible for VAT taxes, I will not be collecting VAT taxes. Any and all taxes, fees, and/or charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the total cost of the products or shipping fee. 

Shipping Exceptions
Due to the new regulations and laws being put in place by GPSR shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland is suspended until further notice.

• Q: When will my item ship?

All in stock items will typically ship within 3-7 days of purchase. Keycap fulfillment sales have a production time of 4-6 weeks, but timeframe is subject to change based on volume of orders. All items purchased in the same order as a fulfillment item will be shipped together when fulfillment is ready. If you'd like items to arrive sooner please make a separate purchase! 

• Q: When will i receive my order? 

Shipping times are dependent on your location. Domestic orders usually take 3-7 days once shipped. Canada and international orders can take an upwards of 2 weeks or more to arrive. 

All orders are shipped with carrier USPS.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once a shipping label has been created. If you don't see your tracking number be sure to check your spam and promo folders! 

• Q: Do you take commissions?

No custom orders or commissions are available at this time. 

• No refunds or returns are accepted. 

However, If there are any issues with your order please reach out to me through the contact page or send a message on instagram and i will do my absolute best to resolve it for you! 

 

IMPORTANT INFO 

• Stem tightness will vary based on switch used and will typically fit more loose than a standard keycap. I do my best to combat this, but with the nature of resin and variety of switches available it is inevitable in some cases.

• Please DO NOT use acetone, alcohol, or any harsh chemicals to clean. ONLY clean with a soft cloth and water. 

• I am not responsible for any damage caused after the package has been delivered safely to you.  

• Please expect to pay any appropriate customs or duties fees for your order.

• Due to the handmade nature of all items they will have the possibility of slight imperfections and variations from what is pictured. 

• Bunwaii is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If package is lost or damaged Bunwaii will provide a refund only when requested insurance claim from postal service is successful.
